So there has been lots of brainstorming going on around these parts about the different ways we can step up and help when needed. Natural catastrophes happen. Man made accidents that affect our environment and our world happen. And we CAN do something. We don’t have to just sit back and be spectators. This is our world, it’s the only one we’ve got, so we must step in. We have decided to launch Craft Hope for the Earth for just these moments.
Just like we all rallied at a moments notice for Craft Hope for Haiti and raised over $33,000 for Doctors Without Borders with an Etsy shop allowing artists to sell their wares and donating the profits to charity, we will continue to step up and help where needed.
We’ve created this button for you to put on your blog or website and it will link back to our Craft Hope for the Earth projects, such as the current project Gulf Coast Oil Spill.
Craft Hope for the Earth will continue to grow and we will continue to partner with organizations that can use a little handmade love. If you have feedback or ideas, we’d love to hear them.
