The dolls are arriving and one by one they are joining their doll friends for the adventure of a lifetime. Handcrafted by the beautiful women and children of Craft Hope for the children in Nicaragua. Thank you so much for believing that you CAN make a difference.

Oh, so wonderful to see them that they are coming in and sitting all together! My daughter and I finished one over here and just have to do the last step…go to the PO! (why does this part always take me the longest?!
I wanted to say, this project made me so happy. I loved pouring love into even a little thing that a child can call their own. I loved doing this with my little girl, as well. The concept for her is big (might be too big), but she understands that it was for another child that might not have toys and dollies and would love it very much. Thank you for this opportunity to be a small part in your (and Vintage Chica’s) “something big”. Blessings, Kristen
Hello,
I would love to participate. Where do the dolls need to be sent to?
Oh, these look great. Mine are a little bit sadder looking but I’ll send them anyway. Was going to try a new, different pattern but my sewing machine broke last night while I was sewing a play surgical mask for my 6 yr old to play doctor. Argh!
I would love to help, Where do I send the dolls?
They look great!! How exciting…
they look so adorable! i can’t wait to finish my first prototype…and then on to the real thing!
Jade,
Eren lives in the same town I do – I will be delivering them to her in person. Do you want a picture when they are done?
i just found you and i’m so beyond excited!!! this project is amazing! i mean it! amazing!
our church works with several orphanages. how do you go about choosing one? we have a couple of teenage girls we work with who have been adopted from guatamala. we go twice a year to deliver panties and such. if you are looking for another connection, i know this would be a great one!
thank you for your work in this. i am always looking for ways to be involved caring for the orphans (as described in scripture) while caring for my littles at home. this is just perfect!
so glad to have you all along for this journey! thank you so much for joining craft hope. i’ve sent you all an email with specific instructions.
mandi, we have really been choosing the orphanages by when they come up. if we have a spot to fill, we will fit it in. we can’t wait to see craft hope grow and be able to reach out to thousands of deserving children.
thanks y’all!
Hi Catherine!
It was so fun getting to see your gorgeous garden and stuffing those little arms. Thank you again for your warm heart and servants hands.
You are wonderful!

The dolls are so cute! I just finished mine and posted a picture along with info on the project on my blog.
Hi – I would love to help out. Do you still need people to make dolls?
My doll left our house today for his long journey overseas. I hope he’ll arrive ok from Holland. My sons already loved my doll, so I’ll be makin them for the boys too.I really liked making it, and I like the destination for it a lot. I left a photo on Flickr.
I wish you a lot of fun when you’ll be giving them away, it must be a wonderfull day.
